This pickling mix will help you easily make pickled Chinese cabbage. Uses Hokkaido region kelp that adds flavour and is easy to pickle. Contains fiber degrading enzymes that can be rubbed into the vegetables by hand to turn them into their pickled versions. Made in Japan.
