Authentic soya sauce based Chanko hot pot soup stock that is made with chicken, bonito and seaweed stock, combined with the sweetness of mirin Japanese seasoning. Simply add your favourite meat and vegetable ingredients and enjoy. Contains 750 grams, enough to make a hot pot to serve 3 to 4 people. Made in Japan.
