Miso based hot pot soup stock that boasts the flavours of two types of free-range chicken, Awadori and Nagoya Cochin. Combined with the flavours of bonito flakes from the Yaizu region and kelp stock from the Hidaka region, finished with the rich sweetness of mirin. Enjoy an authentic hot pot meal simply by adding your favourite meat and vegetable ingredients and simmering. Made in Japan.
