Description
This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of the famous ramen shop Menya Musashi, who recreated their soya sauce based soup flavoured with chicken, bonito flakes and shrimp for a deep flavour. Finished with the addition of garlic and pepper that results in a flavourful ramen style hot pot soup. Simply add your favourite noodles and ingredients and enjoy. Made in Japan.
