This flavourful hot pot soup base is made by adding refine sake, or rice wine to a combination of bonito, sea bream and kelp seasoning. Enjoy a full-fledged hot pot meal by simply adding the soup base to a pot and adding your favourite meat and vegetables and letting it simmer. Made in Japan.
