This hot pot soup base boasts the richness of sesame and almond paste, enhanced with bean sprouts made with spicy sesame miso. The umami of pork and bonito flakes were added to the spiciness of chilli bean sauce for an extra kick. This soup base has a strong flavour that will pair well with rice, so you can easily enjoy it as a side dish, or use it to enhance vegetables. Made in Japan.
