This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of Aono Kana, a renowned vegetable sommelier. You are sure to enjoy the original flavours of vegetables with each sip of this soup. Broth made from grilled Ago fish from the Nagasaki prefecture and Hakata chicken is made even more flavourful with the addition of yuzu citrus seasoning. Made in Japan.
