Medium hot curry roux packet that is made with 20 kinds of vegetables that were slowly stewed in a pressure cooker with beef bouillon, to create a rich flavouring. With a focus on stewing the ingredients slowly, S&B were able to further pursue umami and richness. Comes in a medium spicy level.
