Description
This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of vegetable sommelier Aono Kana, to create a vegetable based soup stock that allows you to enjoy the original flavours of vegetables. The richness of Hokkaido cream and Camembert cheese, combined with 5 kinds of vegetables including onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes and celery, and finally enhanced with the addition of Hokkaido scallop extract. Made in Japan.
