Mother’s Day might be a little bit different this year🌷 Treat your mom to a lovely handwritten card 📝 ―we are hosting a virtual faux calligraphy workshop in collaboration with Maurelle @hellomaurelle, a Vancouver-based calligraphy artist, via Instagram Live on May 8th at 1pm PST. Maurelle will be taking over our @oomomo_bc account to teach us the basics of faux calligraphy and create a Mother’s Day card. 💌
What materials do you need? ✍️
Don’t have proper tools? No worries! Any kind of pens would work for Faux Calligraphy: ball pens, mono pens, micron pens or even pencils.
A line note book is also recommended for practicing and a paper of your choice for creating the card.
