Store Pickup
“Store Pickup” is available in participating locations only.
You’ll receive a pickup notification within 14 days after your order is placed.
We will send you a “Ready for Pickup Notification” via email with a security code. Show us your security code at our Online Order Pickup service counter to collect your order.
You are responsible to check your order at our pickup service counter. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
You have up to 10 days to pick up your online order after the pickup notification has been sent. Contact us if you need more time. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Yes, you may cancel your online order within 15mins after placing your order. We do not process refunds after your order has been fulfilled / dispatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your online order from Store Pickup to Shipping. You may email us to cancel the order within 5 mins of placing your order and place a separate order for the shipment.
Yes, you may have someone else to pick up your order, as long as your appointed person can provide the security code that we provided you in the “Ready for Pickup” Email.
Some items which are no longer available at our fulfillment center will be refunded automatically. You may check back with us at a later date for re-stock and place a separate order.
