Shipping Services & Fees

We offer shipping to all provinces in Canada; however, we do not deliver to remote Canadian postal codes, PO boxes, or international locations.

Shipping Fees by Order Amount (Before Tax and Discounts)

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150.00 CAD. 

Exceptions to Free and Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Heavy parcels weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Large parcels with any dimension exceeding 18 inches.
  • Areas designated as "remote" by Canada Post or Purolator.

If a refund of an order is granted for any reason, shipping costs incurred for the shipment will not be refunded. Once your shipment has reached the shipping carrier, it is out of our control and we are not responsible for lost, damage or delay. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or damaged packages by the carrier.

Any adjustments to your order must be requested within 15 mins.  No adjustments can be made after your order has been fulfilled. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as you can.  We may correct your shipping address before your package gets dispatched.  After your order has been dispatched, we can try to re-route your package with the carrier; any additional fees will be charged before we redirect your package. We do not guarantee that your package can be successfully re-routed by the carrier.

Package Delivered but not found

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order delivery status with the provided tracking information.  We are not responsible for any package lost after the package has been delivered.

No Tracking Information

We send the tracking information to your registered email address via email.  If you do not see our confirmation email within 3 days of receiving your order confirmation email, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. Contact us for further assistance.
