Refund policy

No Refunds. All sales are final.

  We accept returns or exchanges for defective products or if an incorrect item was sent. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of the delivery date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full price of the item. Please note that our retail outlets will not process refunds for items purchased online. Additionally, if a refund of an order is granted for any reason, shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.
