If you have lost your Oomomo Rewards card, please contact Customer Service at rewards@oomomostore.com .
Once Oomomo Club is made aware of a lost or stolen Physical Card, it will flag the card as lost or stolen on its system and the applicable Account. Oomomo Club may, in its sole discretion, issue a new Physical Rewards Card to you.Your points balance will be transferred to the new replacement card based on last system record. Oomomo Club is not responsible to any point lost due to the loss of Oomomo Rewards Card.
We will send you a ready-for-pickup email, then you could pickup your replacement card at your nearest Oomomo store on presentation of the ready-for-pickup email or your proper identification.
