Made in Japan. Okinawa sea salt complements the lychee and its flavour, sweetness, and gives a boost to its fresh juiciness. The sea salt used was made by a traditional method of cooking down the salt in a closed-off pot. This salt was combined with lychee juice made with hand-picked lychees. The salt ratio of 0.11g/100ml is perfect for summer.
