Scallop strings roasted in buttery soya sauce. Made with domestic scallops. Instead of using machines, these scallop strings from Hokkaido were carefully selected by hand one at a time, and then carefully washed in fresh water and roasted to create the buttery soya sauce flavour. This snack packs a strong flavour that pairs well with beer and other alcoholic beverages.
