Collaboration product with CoCo Ichibanya (Curry restaurant). Curry flavoured stir-fry sauce with chopped carrot and onion. Stamina side dish!(Made in Japan)

Recipe For Curry Stir Fry

Ingredients for 2 to 3 servings:

  • 300g – Thinly sliced pork
  • 1/2 bunch (50g) – Chinese chive
  • 1/4 (300g) – Cabbage
  • 1 package – This product

Preparation

Cut the pork into the preferred size. Remove the cabbage core and chop it into bite-sized chunks. Cut the chives into 5cm long pieces.

  1. Over medium heat, heat the oil and stir-fry the cabbage. Once it’s cooked through, remove it onto a plate.
  2. Using the same pan, stir-fry the pork. Once the pork is cooked through, add this product and combine well.
  3. Add back the cabbage and add the chives. Stir fry all together.
