Description
These udon noodles traditionally have a thick structure that become fluffy and plump when boiled, a feature that is unique to dried noodles. Well suited to use for chilled udon during the summer months and Kamaage udon, which is a dipping style of udon. Of course it is also perfect to use for Nabeyaki, a traditional Japanese winter staple, or the well loved basic Kakeudon, which can be enjoyed regardless of the season. Contains 1 kg.
