Recomposition

Life offers an eclectic mix of events, moods and connections. So does our home, with edited spatial narratives constructed from a variety of personal objects that reflect the richness of life itself. Each item in our home is akin to a visual element that is informed by our taste and personality, and collectively they in turn, with a medley of colors, textures and shapes, form a place that is connected to our mood and way of living. As the composition of those elements is changed, the atmosphere and narrative of the space are transformed. For instance, placing a few well-selected books on a coffee table can elevate it into a reading nook and a hub for conversation, thus subtly changing the mode of reading and communication. Through thoughtful recomposition with domestic objects, new energy and vistas are introduced to the home.
