1. When is the last day to redeem points?

The ability to redeem points will be ended on September 30, 2025. All points must be redeemed on or before this date.

2. How do I redeem my points before the date?

You can redeem the Oomomo Rewards Points you earn for eligible purchases in-store shopping only. You must redeem in-store, a minimum of 100 Oomomo Rewards points at a time, which are worth $0.1 in rewards. If you want to redeem more than 100 Oomomo Rewards points at one time, you must redeem them in increments of 10 Oomomo Rewards points.

3. How do I check the balance of my account?

Your balance is printed on your receipt. You may also check on your mobile app account.

4. How to login your mobile app account?

A few steps for login:

    1.  Enter your registered email.
    2. Click Login with Verification Code
    3. You will receive a one-time password for your initial log-in.
    4. After log-in you can set up your own password.

5. What kind of gift can I get and when?

We’re offering special thank-you gifts to members who redeem their points on or before September 30, 2025. Starting June 16, 2025, visit a store to redeem all your points in one transaction to receive a bonus gift. Gift availability may vary by store and is available while supplies last.

6. Can I still earn points until the program ends?

No — points can no longer be earned. Point collection officially ended on the date we announced the closure of the program. However, you can still redeem any existing points until the program ends.

7. What if I don’t use my points before the program ends?

Unused points will expire and cannot be transferred or refunded after the end date. We encourage you to visit us in-store to make the most of your remaining balance.

8. Can I still use the Oomomo App?

Yes, the app will continue to function until September 30, 2025, but it will no longer be available for download from app stores after June 30, 2025.

9. Am I still a member even though the rewards program is ending?

Absolutely! You are still a valued member. You can continue to provide your email address or phone number at checkout to enjoy membership benefits. Personalized promotions and exclusive offers will continue to be sent to you, based on your purchase history, as one of our valued members. Only the rewards points system has been discontinued.
